Please appreciate that the entire Zen-Aesthetics team are working hard and doing everything we can to ensure you receive your orders as quickly as possible. We normally dispach orders within 1-3 days.
Please bear in mind orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day (after 2pm Friday would be dispatched on a Monday at the earliest).

Important:

Please ensure the delivery address provided at checkout is correct.
We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries if the address provided by the customer is incorrect.
If a delivery fails due to a customer supplying an incorrect address, we will not re-send or refund the order until the original parcel has been returned.
If a parcel is deemed lost (by courier) we will not be able to offer a replacement until 25 working days after the shipping date. In this instance, we are unable to offer a refund.

We do not ship to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses.
